Drumsets: (Used and Vintage)

Inexpensive used drumsets come in regularly. The prices are generally between $150-300.00, about 1/2 the price of a new drumset. Sets generally come with hardware, and occassionally cymbals. The sets are cleaned and refurbished, in good to excellent condition, and great for beginners or anyone who wants a very budget drumset.

VINTAGE:

• PREMIER 3pc "ACE" DRUMSET (USED) Vintage 1950’s, VERY GOOD condition

(14 SUPER ACE Snare - 12 tom, 22 bass drum, shells only. Tom mounting hardware ONLY. Note: Calf heads on some drums. Some sizes are European and not standard (tom is slightly smaller than 12. The bottom calf head of the tom has a small tear that has been taped.)

The snare mechanism is unique, and is all there, but is not in adjustment - not sure if it is the snare wires that are stretched, or something else. It does go up and down, but doesn't quite sit on snare side head enough - there is suppose to be a slight bend to the snare wire. I believe the snare needs more adjustment to work well. This is a serious collectors set, and price to sell. The snare, alone is potentially worth over $500. There are very few of these sets available.
